Pitcher and Catchers are to report in a few days. Single regular game tickets are on sale so the MLB 2009 Season is just around the corner.
I already bought tickets to 5 Giants games for this year, and we are praying for a better year than last year.Playoffs would be nice maybe a wild card spot.
We get to see the World Champion Phillies on August 1st.
Inter league for us this year is the AL West so no chance to see the Rays.
Joe.

Looks like we only play the Cubs 6 times this year. Twice there May 4-5 and the four games here September 24 to 27. Might buy tickets for the game on September 26th but that could be the middle of grape harvest for me.

That could very well be a preview to the NLCS. Youse guys got the best pitcher in baseball (Lincecum) and did a nice rebuild after cutting Bonds loose. BTW, I see his trial is getting ready to start. psssst....... Hang Him High!!!!!!

Pitchers and catchers start reporting to the Florida camps tomorrow. The last three teams reporting on Sunday are the Blue Jays, Nationals, & Twinkies.
Full team scrimmages start next week. Ah the sweet smell of steroids is raging in the warm Florida spring air.

Thanks for providing the e - mail address, DT -- I know some Nigerian bankers, Viagra salesmen and porn sites that have been dying to contact you. That's funny because I check that e-mail about once a week and out of 380 pieces (last check) 15 were keepers. I get shit from slot machine bill, been laid woman ain't got no soul, those are a few that stand out that got deleted. A few more ain't gonna matter. Anyhooooo, I am glad AOL went to free e-mail. I paid them suckers $17.95 a month (for a few years) just to keep that e-mail.

I can hardly wait for the Mets' home opener at <Your Name Here> Stadium. Shea Stadium is the house the fans built. It was the home of the Miracle, Ya Gotta Believe, and the Year To Remember. If memory serves me right it was Bill Shea who brought the National League back to New York after the Dodgers and the Giants left. (57?) Like the White Sox's fans loosing Comiskey Park in Chicago, it's a tuff pill to swallow.

cool, I'm back in the thick of things. Joe, actually it took me 3 1/2 hrs. Those tickets are going like hot cakes. There was no problem getting single tickets. Getting a pair of them with good seats took a lot of searching.
