I am like a kid in a candy store with them selling beer in the stands. Good thing that it's $10.00 a bottle so I limit myself. If it was 3 for $10.00 I may pee in the stands.
Hell at AT&T Park buy the time I get up, walk up to the stairs to the beer stand I'm to fucking tired to drink it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then after I do drink it, I have to get up walk up the stairs find a bathroom, stand in line and pee. Again I'm to tired, I'll just let that one go............................Of course on the way back to my seat I need another beer and this thing just becomes a vicious circle. Once again good thing they are $10.00 each so I limit myself. I wish I could limit the pee trips, but you know the old saying "1 beer equals 3 trips to the head" I should see if the have a pee only ticket for the games!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Red Sox 0-5. What has happened to the favorite to win the series?

That entire division is flipped right now, Balt and Tor 4-1, Bos and TB 0-5 strange start but still 157 games to be played.

The Rays are now 0 and 6 & Manny has just hung it up. Word is the retirement has to do with a botched drug test. Oh we are doomed to mediocrity this year!

The Texas Ranger take a big hit today with Josh Hamilton out for 6 to 8 week with a broken arm. Hard to lose the ALMVP for that long.
Edited to add: Now they say it was his shoulder that was injured.

We head to our first game on Wednesday night at AT&T Park. Can't miss a Giants-Dodgers series. So far it's tied 1-1 so we get to see the rubber match. It's forecast to be cold and possibly a little damp.

The Giants should have a promotional giveaway where every fan entering the stadium gets a doll of a Dodgers fan that they can abuse.

I left it intentionally ambiguous. Clearly, you have some issues to work out.

Both teams have asked the fans to behave themselves for the series. In what was a great gesture both teams took the field together Monday night and jointly asked the fans for no violence during the series. So far so good.
Usually during a dodgers series you can just sit back and watch the fights in the stands. At time there is more action in the stands than on the field. Beer cups flying, popcorn flying, and cops dragging both Giants and Dodgers fans out of their seats.

Sounds like the old Mets/Yanks games. Before inter-league play, the Mets & Yanks used to play an exhibition game mid-season for charity; it was called The Mayor's Trophy Game because the team that won (usually the Yanks) would be awarded a trophy by whoever was the mayor of NYC at the time. Things used to get pretty out of control there.

US fans do need to start training for the '12 Olympics in London. Those Brits are way ahead of us in their stadium fighting training.

Well we made our first game last night. It was cold. Not New York or Chicago cold but for us it was cold. 45 with a strong wind coming into the Park right from the bay. Denice during batting practice. This was at about 5:30PM. The way the place was decorated you would think we won the World Championship!!!!!!!!! And one more It was a good game. The Giants took and early 2-0 lead but the Dodgers came back to lead it 3-2 going into the bottom of the sixth. Pablo Sandoval and Mike Fonteno, hit Home Runs to give the Giants a 4-3 lead that they held the rest of way. Well our next game is set for May 7th when the Colorado Rockies are here, but we may go on the April 23rd when the Atlanta Braves are in town.

Injuries are piling up for the Giants. Torres, Ross and now Zito out.
A lots of big names on the DL list right now in the majors. Zito, Hamilton, Wainwright, Utley, Hart, Furcal, Lidge, Zimmerman, Ozwalt, Longoria, Santana....................................................
Edited to add: Good to see Grady Sizemore back in uniform for Cleveland. Almost a year out with a bad knee and he hit a home run in first game back.
