I am not a tech guy (but my sons are) and maybe this is old hat to some of you, but my oldest son showed me a program that you can download for your iPhone called Dial Zero. WIth this, you can look up any major company and it will show you what key or combination of keys you can press when calling them to immediately bypass the "Press one for English" crap and speak to a real human being. I thought it was cool.

That's a great idea and I'd use it all the time. There's nothing more frustrating than spending needless time going through menu prompts for a simple question. My phone is an antique so I was hoping it would be an available service to everyone.
On a side note, I've been pushing my cell phone number onto my steady buyers as well as new comers because if I prefer the satisfaction of instant answers I imagine my costumers do also. It seems to be working and if I close that extra deal once a month, it's worth the added effort.
