Indiana has four teams in the NCAA Tournament, Notre Dame, Butler, Purdue and Indiana. I'll be rooting for the Fighting Irish. Who beat George Mason in the first round. Luke Harangody a NWI kid is awesome. This kid and my daughter dated for a while back in High School. I'm wishing him and his team the very best.

UCLA all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joe Uh huh, I'd like to see Notre Dame beat UCLA at the big dance. psssst.... And the Madness begins. "There it was, plain as could be on the overhead scoreboard, orange numbering on a black background: As the closing seconds ticked away Thursday night, Belmont was beating Duke. No. 2-seeded Duke avoided a monumental upset and edged No. 15 Belmont, 71-70, in the first round of the NCAA West Regional." It won't be George Mason. "America's NCAA darling two years ago was just another first-round underdog this time around -- overmatched and never really in it Thursday night in a 68-50 loss to Notre Dame in the East Regional. Luke Harangody had 18 points and 14 rebounds to lead the fifth-seeded Irish (25-7) to their first tournament victory in five years and a meeting Saturday against Washington State, an earlier 71-40 winner over Winthrop. Harangody, the all-everything Big East player of the year, notched his 18th double-double of the season." psssst.... WAY TO GO LUKEEEEE!!!!!! "Mississippi Valley State probably wishes the ball had stayed stuck behind the backboard. Freshman Kevin Love scored 20 points and dislodged the trapped ball as top-seeded UCLA cruised to 70-29 victory against the overmatched Delta Devils in the NCAA tournament on Thursday night. Seeking a third consecutive Final Four berth, the Bruins (32-3) advanced to a second-round West Region game against No. 9 Texas A&M (25-10), a 67-62 winner over BYU."

No Hockey, No baseball, No March madness. The NBA playoff's are a little over a month away. We are going to have an old time NBA Finals the Boston Celtics vs the Los Angeles Lakers and the Lakers will take it in 6.

How many years has it been since the last won the whole show? 30 something years.
For any team form New York to take over 30 years to win another title is crazy. Oops forgot about the Jets. For two teams from New York to take over 30 years to..............................

The clock is ticking for the '49ers, too. Or maybe I should say, the calendar pages are flying off for the '49ers ...

This be one hell of a game. On the Laker's side, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Magic Johnson, Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain, James Worthy, and on the Celtics side, Bill Russell, Bob Cousy, John Havlicek, Larry Bird, Robert Parish.
psssst.... All have retired numbers and all are among the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History.
Even though I'm pumped up for March Madness, Baseball is my true love.
Clears throat for best Don Rickles voice. Oh Hockey Puck!!!

Sorry to disappoint you BB but I have never been a 49ers fan. Ah, that's right! You're with the Raiders! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Even better! Thanks for the reminder! AHAHAHAHAHA!!! If we had any team in the Bay Area that was worth a shit I might just might follow them. Unfortunately we don't. I will admit I was a Raider fan prior to their move to LA. Joe.

Just like that, there will be no Indiana teams advancing to the Sweet Sixteen. The Notre Dame loss took a lot of wind out of my March Madness sails. Anyhoo, Luke is a sophomore. He alone, will keep Notre Dame in the .500 winning range for the next two years.
