Joe, Beeb, I need your expertise here. Do I need to go out and get a case of Novel Fine Ruby Port? Frankly the Shortbread is better with a good whisky IMO, but I cannot go there with a Thin Mint or Tagalong Link

My advice: whichever beverage you choose, keep it away from the girl scout unless you wish to experience this nation's fine criminal justice system first-hand.

So youre saying that I should probably untie her, and, in the words of James Edwards in Men in Black "... do I owe her an apology?" (Edited: after the drugs wear off of course)

Hey, she's a Girl Scout -- if she's just as resourceful as a Boy Scout, she should be able to figure out how to untie herself.

Good point. I'll leave it to her to come to me and ask for the apology. That will also teach her some assertiveness.

You might consider demanding an apology for the quality of the Thin Mints.

About the wine. Personally I hate Ports. If it was me, I would bring a medium bodied red wine.
I would bring a nice Sangiovese, Merlot. or even a good red blend would be fine.
I also agree keep the wine away from the girl scout, but if she has a hot mom well offer mom some.
