I don't care what you say, I still think those Anthony Weiner-style photos you've been sending me were no accident.

The auto correct can be disruptive and I've been using the voice-to-text feature on my EVO. Usually it works spot on, but on occasion it makes it's on sentence, back ground noise is typically the culprit.

You are very right about that Gary, and in fact I'm still trying to figure out what you meant in your text yesterday when you said to me :
"I can take a picture but I can announce my address? What is the idiot"

I dont understand what the big deal is here. Ive been married to my auto-correct for almost 34 years, and so long as I accept the ch-ch-changes it makes, I have no problems whatsoever.

The subtle difference that I think Simon is trying to point out is the fact that at least you're not getting screwed by your auto-correct, whereas those other people are.

Another hazard for me is the sensitivity of the touch screen and the closeness of the keys. Partial sentences fly off before they are intended to do so.

And here I thought Auto Correct was a feature designed into new cars that would adjust your steering! Silly me!

It must be an iPhone thing. My Android never tries to correct me.
