I started a work out and diet routine on 1-2-2011. I have been eating sensible and working out a least 3 to 4 times per week. Treadmill work outs 2.5 mile runs, walking 6 to 7 mile walks, and Zumba.
My weight on 1-2-2011 204 LBS My weight today 5/7/2011 185 LBS my first goal reached
My final goal 175 LBS maybe,maybe not.
Might blow it a little today, we are heading out to San Francisco for the Giants game tonight.

Great work Joe. Ive dropped major weight in years past, the problem for me is keeping it off.
