Worse Than Pudding is the dog's name. I spotted this little rascal waiting patiently on a little stool for his owner to come out of the store. This was at a Wal Mart in Longview, Texas. I met the owner, a laid back biker. The inscription on the coat says "I'm not a bitch". I am hard pressed to follow dog etiquette here in Texas. In Austin, they are welcome in the store with you as long as they behave. In east Texas, they can wait outside for you but can't go in. WTF Attachments:

I have seen many dogs sitting atop a little stool of theirs -- it just wasn't that type of stool, of course.

The stool was not of his own making, if that is what you are getting at.

In my neighborhood (Lincoln Park) of Chicago, most stores are very dog-friendly. Even the bars. Only places that serve food frown on you bringing in your pooch. And they almost all have bowls of water and dog treats right outside their doors.

The stool was not of his own making, if that is what you are getting at. Lucky guess.

Places like Home Depot, Lowes are okay with dogs here in CA, but any place that has groceries or serves food only allows service dogs or seeing eye dogs. Sometimes outside the Starbucks here it looks like a dog park.
