Someone needs to switch to decaf.
I protest Starbuck's "stilted lexicon" by getting my coffee at Dunkin' Donuts. Much better and much cheaper.......Jake

I buy at Starbucks frequently and have never had a problem adapting to their argot, nor have I observed this of anyone else. Matter of fact, I've seen the "baristas" adapt quite nicely, too. The above case appears to be one burn - out victim encountering another.

Its a shame, she could have been a media darling if she grabbed two plain coffees, deployed the emergency chute and ran for her car.

I always say medium or large coffee and no one gives me any shit at the local Starbucks. Who wants to fight over words for cup of fucking coffee at 4:30 in the morning?
Joe.(who's other choice at that time is either 7-11 or Circle K)
