Last Friday, I attended The St-Germain Sessions for Spring 2010 where we were introduced to (and had an opportunity to mix) some new cocktails that featured St-Germain elderflower liqueur. For the review, click here.

Beeb, I mixed up another batch of Fraanche (sp?) last night. That has become a regular at our place.

Very cool -- glad to hear you're enjoying this stuff. I spent a good deal of the summer making the standard St. Germain cocktail in one of those carafes they provide in the gift set. It's a really refreshing drink in the summer. BTW, if you check out that recipe card from above, you'll see one for something called Salve Germainia -- been making those quite a bit lately, although that Orange Angostura bitters is a little hard to find.

Will check it out. I have regular Angostura Bitters but would have to hunt for the orange.
