I am a huge rib nut, but not of BBQ sauce... so I came up with something that is AMAZING on ribs.
12oz can of mango juice 1 cup of brown sugar 3oz of dark rum dry jerk seasoning to taste
combine in a sauce pan and bring to a boil
let cool till it starts to thicken, brush on your ribs as you cook them on the grill
WARNING: This makes an extremely sticky mess of your grill and brown sugar is FLAMMABLE, keep your heat on the grill low.
