While traveling through a New York State Park this afternoon, I came across this artist parked on the side of the road. He had his easel and oils set up in view a large lake that for years, was the winter home of many ice fishermen. (I just partied out there in my day) Since it was a serious teaser day temperature wise, the bikes were making a late winter, early spring debut.

An amiable guy, he told me of 2 outdoor art shows coming this spring where he and his artist buddies are putting on an exposition of various park landscapes.

Suddenly, and strangely, a bear appeared! "stay still" cried the artist, "what great breast's you have, I want to capture them in their radiant loveliness!"

I think we need a "shit in the woods" comment here.

if a bear shits in the woods and nobody is there to step in it, does it still smell?

Much to his delight (and safety), the bear turned out to be a luscious woman suffering from cabin fever. "alas, spring is near!" Sorry, I thought I had something potentially humorous here

At least the artist was able to capture the elusive "luscious woman suffering from cabin fever" in true form and in her natural environment.
