Anything with Nathan Lane in it will always produce a few chuckles, but this fell way short of any expectations that I may have had. About a president that the country hates, only a few days from the election, he is looking for a way and the finances to obtain his reelection. At first his main concern is that he leave the White House with enough campaign funds to have a library for his wife. He resorts to trying to extort money from the Turkey association by threatening to tell the country that the Pilgrims ate codfish or tuna on Thanksgiving. Sounds ridiculous? Yep. The comedy in this mostly relied on the excessive use of the "F" word, but there were some funny parts. The second half was definitely better than the first - however if I had known that it would take me almost 2 hours to get through the tunnel, I may have passed on this one.
Sounds like I should have seen Xanadu instead

It sounds potentially funny and Lane has almost a "do no wrong" reputation. On a consoling note, the bridges can play the wild card for me and on rare occasions I've considered turning around.
