Who likes CSI.
I like the original one the best. Never miss and episode.
Don't care much for CSI Miami I hate David Caruso so that does it for me there.
Haven't seen CSI New York yet. Has anyone out there seen it? What do you think?

I try not to miss CSI. The original series set in Vegas is my MOST fave (love that Grissom guy ... he's so damn smart!) but I actually like David Caruso in CSI: Miami, too, 'cuz he's muy simpatico.
I cannot stand CSI:NY, although I do like Gary Sinise. I have only been able to watch one episode all the way through, and it was just OK. But my main complaint is the atmosphere and the lighting. Geez Louise! They paint NYC with a dull blue pallor that is just totally ridiculous. For goodness sakes ... we get sunshine here in the Big Apple! NYC is just as glamorous and glitzy as Miami or Vegas yet they choose to depict it as a garbage dump in the land of a 24-hour night. It so damn annoying.

On the strength of all of your recommendations, I watched (some of) tonight's CSI Miami. Very good! I was duly impressed. Didn't watch all of it, as half way through I had an irrestable urge to hear the sweet dulcet tones of the sexy voice of my sweet baby. But, I will watch it all eventually! Thanks for the recommendation.....Jake

I'll glady miss an episode of CSI (or any other program I'm watching) to talk to you, sweetie! But I'm sure glad you liked what you saw so far. It really is a good series. For the original CSI series tune in on Thursday. It's on at 9:00 PM on CBS (well, here in NY it's on at 9:00; not sure about when it's on in the Windy City).

FYI -- This week's 2-hour season finale of the original CSI series (the one in Vegas) was directed by Quentin Tarantino.
One of the CSI's will be abducted and buried alive in a crate, with a limited supply of air, and the rest of the team has to find him before he suffocates. Sounds like the plot of a movie I saw with Shirley McLain and Nic Cage (can't remember the title, tho). I definitely don't want to miss it.

That was a good movie, really enjoyed it. Joe.

Finally had a chance to watch the season ending episode of CSI. Shit give me the Willies. www.websmileys.com/sm/mad/boese060.gif [/img] Buried alive in a plexiglass box for over 24 hours, while your friends and co-workers watch you in the box and you have no idea that they can see you and the whole time you have your service revolver with you. I would have used that gun in the first 5 minutes and got it over with. Great episode. Joe.

Me too Joe... I have two phobias, one is being in that type of situation. I am fine if I can stand up, but if I cant even work on the parts of my deck where the joists require that I crawl around on the ground, OR underneath a car. Put a car on a lift, and I am fine, on the ground, NO WAY. 5 minutes, I would be a basket case.
Gordon
PS the other phobia, working on ladders, scaffolds, or roof edges.

I watched the last 45 minutes of the CSI series finale (due to working late and forgeting to tell Bruce to tape it for me) and guess I missed the one who "kicked the can". Who was it? ~DJ~

The ladder part and roof edges are okay if everything is sound and not wiggley. But that crawling around on your belly in a tight place. FORGET IT I FREAK OUT. Under a car is oaky beacuse it is open on all four sides but under a house get someone else. Joe.

Or perhaps they just run faster than you!! That would be physically impossible. The rope I've wrapped around their ankles is way too tight for that.
