A heads up for you Doctor Who fans across the pond (Jeremy if you're lurking) and down under (Ozmale wherever you have gotten to) who aren't averse to downloading their favourite TV shows that the new season starts tomorrow evening here in the UK. I for one have 'an appointment to view' BBC1 at 6.20pm and my youngest daughter is so excited she can barely speak. www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/Simon

I didn't even know that Dr Who was still in production. I used to watch it eons ago when Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker played him.

The BBC resurrected the show three years ago with Christopher Ecclestone as The Doctor. Ecclestone later played Claude in Heroes, the character who could turn himself invisible. He left at the end of the first season and was replaced by David Tennant, who is the current Doctor. The show has been a huge hit since its return.

My nieces will likely be in heaven - they LOVE Dr. Who - I watch it sometimes on SciFi - it's pretty good but I didn't start watching in the beginning and don't totally understand the storyline - the episodes I've caught were pretty good though.
