This is a wonderful, sometimes hysterical and delightful read. The title is misleading yet meaningful.
I’m not even sure how best to describe this book. It’s a love story, a history lesson, a comedy and tragedy all wrapped up in a thought provoking novel.
It chronicles two Ukrainian sisters who do battle with each other then team up to battle their 84 year old fathers’ marriage to a 36 year-old big-bosomed, gold-digging immigrant tart … six months after the death of their mother.
Highly recommended, a fun read. I was laughing out loud on the train.

Sounds great! Will look it up!
I'm recommending "Eat Pray Love," a poignant but funny true tale by Elizabeth Gilbert of her year getting her act together (after a horrible divorce and an affair gone bad) with 4 months spent in each of the following: Italy (eat), India (pray), and Indonesia (love).
It's a bit of a travelog too for those who like to see the world. You'll FEEL it in this book. This author has the gift o'gab.
(Do not read Anne Rice's "Jesus the Lord" book--BORING! That gal has lost it totally.)
