I can't buy that these two nimrods masterminded the entire Boston Marathon bombing on their own. Bombs aren't that easy to make. And one of them spent six months in Russia, possibly in a terrorist training camp! But who knows, I could be way off. What do YOU think?

When neighbors and friends are interviewed about Muslim terrorists, you often hear what nice people they were and how surprised the neighbors were. I have no doubt that most Muslims are peace loving people but still don't want more if them immigrating to the US. Pit bulls can be very sweet loving dogs or killers. I am not convinced that we know how to tell the difference.

The older brother is said to have made a six month trip to Russia, and in fact the Russians tipped off the FBI about him. I would say that even if they were not part of a larger cell, or group of cells, then at the very least they received support and training from outside the US.
However, I don't buy the argument that bombs aren't easy to make. These were supposedly intelligent young men and bomb making instruction can easily be found on the Net. When I was about 11/12 years old my friend and I used to make little home made bombs using gun powder we got by cutting open his dad's shotgun cartridges, wire wool, batteries and a good long length of wire so we could blow up piles of wood and trash from a safe distance on his family's farm... all without the aid of Google and YouTube. We were lucky we didn't blow ourselves up!! But if we could do this then then I'm sure to a reasonably intelligent grown up intent on killing and maiming innocent people that making a fertiliser or pressure cooker bomb can't be that difficult.

No way those two did this one their own. There was help but I think the chances of ever finding out are pretty slim.

The dead brother and his mother were both interviewed by the FBI in 2011 based on a tip from the Russians. They were both on a watch list for a year then dropped because nothing had happened.
Now tell me how two unemployed men driving a Mercedes can afford to buy guns and build bombs. Not to mention how did big brother afford to spend 6 months in Russia if they were on public aid here.
