Being kind of bored, and it's about 9 degrees outside, I figured I'd waste some time doing what I've been wanting to do for awhile: compile past winners of TNMC Dead Pools for posterity. We've got five complete games in the archives now, and I went back through them to see who won what. I'll just post the top winners for now, but I may go back and harvest more trivia in the near future.

Our first game was in 2008. We discussed the "point system" but not until after the game was underway, so I didn't use it to decide winners. And wouldn't you know it, we ended the year in a four-way tie of players with two stiffs each: Diva, Hilary, Bif, and Jake.

2009 was the first year we used the point system, and it's a good thing we did. Top players were:
1. Jake (5 stiffs, 33 points)
2. Hilary (5 stiffs, 24 points)
3. Cheryl (4 stiffs)

In 2010, we didn't need the points at all. Top finishers were:
1. Gordon (5 stiffs)
2. Nola (4 stiffs)
3. Bif (3 stiffs)

In the 2011 game, top players were:
1. Nola (4 stiffs)
2. Gordon (2 stiffs, 12 points)
3. Tex (2 stiffs, 10 points)

The 2012 game finished with:
1. Tex (4 stiffs)
2. Jake (3 stiffs, 26 points)
3. Diana (3 stiffs, 24 points)
