Why do federal Prosecutors continue to waste so much money on these so called perjury cases?

So the man said he didn't use steroids big deal. MLB has or at least it looks like they have cleaned up their problem. Congress should keep it's nose out of the MLB and other sports and instead work on bigger problems in our country, like jobs, stopping the banks from fucking us over etc..

Back to the case at hand, look at the money they are wasting. $25 million on the Barry Bonds case. (all they got was home confinement for 30 days that's almost a million a day spent), and now I heard on the radio this morning another $25 to $30 million on Clements. What a waste !!! That could have used that $50 million to help the homeless, or the hungry here at home.

I say drop those cases and go after the thieves on Wall Street. better yet go after the prosecutes that wasted the money in the first place.

Once again this trial isnt for doing anything illegal, except for lying to Congress under oath. I think ever since the Clinton trials, we have got it! Dont lie to Congress, Congressmen HATE liers... go figure, they must be compensating for their self-loathing

Clemens Is Found Not Guilty in Perjury Trial

The former pitcher Roger Clemens was found not guilty Monday of lying to Congress in 2008 when he said he never used steroids or human growth hormone in his baseball career.
