Well, it looks like things are starting to get sorted out in New Orleans and Mississippi, so I hope this isn't too tasteless of a topic. Then again, any board that tolerates the likes of Bukkake Boy can hardly claim that anything is too tasteless!
Basically, you just know that the big hurricane will be the subject of a TV movie within the year. And that movie will need a soundtrack album! We have some creative types on this board, so let's all pitch in and help with suggestions of what should be on the soundtrack album. I'll start:
1. Katrina and the Waves (you do remember them, right?): Walking on Sunshine 2. Led Zeppelin: When The Levee Breaks 3. Tom Petty: Don't Have To Live Like A Refugee
who's next?........Jake

I'm working at an art festival today where I'll be hearing Eric Burdon and the Animals playing -- guess what? -- House of the Rising Sun. I'm sure it will have a very different meaning today.

You won't believe this, but a Canadian band by the name of the Tragically Hip had a huge hit a few years back with a song called "New Orleans is sinking (and I don't want to swim)
Canadian radio shows were ordered to take the song off their playlists this week.

Then again, any board that tolerates the likes of Bukkake Boy can hardly claim that anything is too tasteless! Dear Bastard: If by "tolerates" you mean "requires" or "encourages", then yes, The Beebster is indeed tolerated here. My Votes are Bob Dylan: "Shelter From The Storm" or "Blowin' In The Wind"
