Well this is a little late with the excitement of the World Series this year.
The NBA season is off and running. The main questions.
Will the Lakers 3peat? Will Miami win it all with it's new big 3? Will Boston win it with Shaq in the line up? Will the Knicks make the playoffs? (this one is for BB) Will San Antonio make one last push with it's old men? Can new comers New Orleans take over the west? What will happen to Cleveland with James gone?
Most teams have played 7 games already but this is along season with the NBA finals ending the middle June.
I say the Lakers and Boston will meet in the finals for the last time for a few years to come. Lakers in 7

Will the Knicks make the playoffs? (this one is for BB) The Nets will make the playoffs before the Knicks.

It's tough having a team that is always in the cellar. Just ask Warrior fans. Oh wait they don't have any!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got spoiled as a kid -- in the late 60's/early 70's, the Mets, Jets & Knicks had winning teams ... naively, I thought it would always be that way ...

Nothing last for ever. I know how you feel. That Lakers won up to about 1975 and then there was 6 years of hell before Magic got there.
I have followed them in thick and thin. Fortunately there have been more thick than thin.

One last bump for this thread... LeBron who? ... and seen elsewhere... Let's congratulate the Dallas Mavericks on winning the closest thing Cleveland Cavaliers fans will ever have to an NBA Championship.

This was a difficult series for me. Root against LeBron? Root against Cuban? Either way, I'm disappointed.
