I usually manage to ignore the ads that appear at the top of the pages on this board, but there is a new ad that is particularly annoying, to the point I am beginning to hate it.
The ad is for Central Florida, what makes it annoying is that if the cursor crosses over the ad, the ad expands and drops down over the top four topics on the page. Even more annoying is that the ad wont roll up if the cursors leaves the ad, you have to click on "close" to get underneath.
Once of twice, I could handle, but this is getting VERY annoying. The only solution appears to be to go around the ad.
Anyone else have this problem? or a workaround?

I haven't seen that one yet. My suggestion to you would be to NOT move your cursor over the ad.

Just try it Jake, its a long way around the ad and that means you have to keep checking the ad.

What page does it show up on? The ads are context-driven.

It was on the home page. I have not seen it since I bitched about it here. I dont for a moment think that my voice here is that powerful as far a Proboards is concerned, but I would not be surprised if they got enough gripes to have it pulled.
