Ron, no it's not my house . Mine is only has one ice maker in it. ;D.
However there are many that do live like that. The problem with my business is that it has be glorified and that many trust fund babies (Wilson sports, Lambert Pharmaceuticals, Duponts etc.) have come here and spent there billions in wineries and vineyards but do not have to rely on it for a living.
So did you put an offer in? ;D

What a bargain, with a 4.5% mortgage over 30 years the monthly payment's only $160,000... go for it (dont worry about hiring workers, you can weed the garden in the evenings)
