I've been doing a lot of traveling over the last several months taking on different jobs through out the tri-state area. My coverage has been up to Connecticut and down to NYC but my attorney asked me to work at his place located in the mountains where New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania all come together. It's beautiful country and I grabbed a few pictures. My attorney is going to open his weekend home as a bed and breakfast. He's nuts but that's another story. In this picture I'm standing in NY facing west and looking out over NJ (left) and Pennsylvania (left center). The elevation is 1274 feet.

Many car commercials were filmed here. This winding road is very scenic as it's on the mountain edge looking over the Delaware River.

It looks like the Great Wall of China but it isn't. It's NY Sate Highway 97, notice the American Style lane markings.

A national park along the riverside. I don't see the big deal over George Washington crossing the Delaware River to Pennsylvania. It looks only about 200 feet to the other side. Was it shrinkage they were worried about, the water is still cold.

Clever and simple life saving device. The water is fast moving.

A one lane bridge connecting NY and Pa.. I drove to the Pennsylvania side, turned to face NY and took these 3 stitched pictures of the steel and wooden structure.

Despite the cooler, damp weather, there were still a few naked girls enjoying the natural scenery along the river bank. I'll jump start this thread one way or another

I'll take jugs any time... drowning or not. Simon Why does a drowning person need a water jug? I should think all that thrashing around in the water could be thirsty work. I hope these water jugs aren't overfilled. There could be nothing worse than having to get out of the river to take a piss while you are drowning because some fuckwit has given you too much water... however well intentioned. Simon

I think those jugs are filled with vodka... DMC has stashes everywhere
Edited: I love the fact that they spend a helluva lot more money on the sign than the "life saving equipment", at least they got their priorities straight.

If you let the sun come out, cranked up the temperature, and lightened the color of the stone a bit, it looks very much like the Texas Hill Country. I don't have any photos to post, so I am posting the website photo gallery of the Oasis NW of Austin. This is my favorite part of Texas and we finally have a place down there, where we would like to spend our retirement. If you click on the picture with the deck with the statue of the fish, our house is on the hillside a little to the right and about halfway up the fish. The road cut into the cliff on the right is the only way in and out. The parking lot on the hillside is for a big nude beach. BTW, the bride whose ass is pictured was my niece (in-law) during my first marriage - she's a good girl. www.oasis-austin.com/gallery.phpFor perspective, the deck is 450 feet above the water

Yes you're right Tex, and it's intimidating waters too, I actually forgot the crossing point location. Also, it's been either very beautiful with clear skies for days or light rain and fog for days. I was hoping that for this almost long drive the weather would have been on my side but it wasn't. When it is, I'm going back.

For the record I want you guys to know that this is a national park and not a state park. Although to be quite honest, I think NYS wouldn't have any life saving device at all and the deceased drowned person would have a windshield covered in parking tickets. (YES, even out in the rural areas)

No problem with my libido apparently.

She was working, the old farmhouse I was going to myself is situated on a very private (what else out here) 50 acres. My attorney has this place for 20 years and during the real estate peak cashed out through a big mortgage and bought another place with the proceeds. Given the fact that his legal practice has slowed, just like the rest of the economy, he's turning his weekend farmhouse into a B and B. What a headache! He needs staff, insurance, licenses, a web site... the list doesn't seem to end. I don't envy him and I'm tempted to volunteer and help out in some capacity. I feel that bad, I wonder if they would like a naked butler on weekends?

Hey, if they need a Web site, why not send Simon's company some work?
-- BB (who could use a naked maid on weekends, which is why I've got Geri on my mind lately. A lot, in fact. More than I care to admit. I'm so ashamed of myself, I can't even begin to tell you.)

The Susquahanna (sp?) River Valley has some beautiful areas too. Up into Lower PA (approx. between York and Lancaster), the river is a mile wide and knee deep.
