Interesting. I didn't even see an option to download it. I've been using TT for years and it just keeps getting better. It was just a few years ago when they offered the "WEB" based version. I just don't like my info on their computers. But then again, I don't like "automatic" debits from my checking account either - something about giving my wallet to someone and having them take what they think they are owed. And as far as Tex and his Cashier's check, there are easy ways to make fraudulent Cashier's checks. Used to be those were as good as gold - no more. Did I mention the lawyer here in Fla out some $200K because his bank "approved" a Cashier's check that proved bogus, and then the BANK DIPPED INTO HIS TRUST ACCOUNT AND TOOK THE MONEY that they had lost!! HOLY MOLEY!! I can understand why the fellow wanted the money wired, Tex! ..............Bob

That's what I learned about cashier's checks and was why I agreed to wire the money. I wanted the documents executed first however. That was a particularly dicey time for the economy and it was not out of the realm that the title company could go under after I wired the money.
