Out played, out hustled, out shot, out rebounded, and no urgency in their game. The Laker's fell short of their own expectation. Young team with one real super star in over it's head and it finally showed in this series.
Next year, Andrew Bynum will be back that will help the front court defensively and offensively. They will be back they are a young team.
They made it farther than anyone thought they would at the beginning of the season.
Congrats to the Boston they deserved to win it all this season.
Joe.( GO LAKERS 2008-2009 Season is only a few months away)

All LA needed was a 42 point run in the closing minutes... another, what... 20 minutes should have done them well.

Urgency, urgency, urgency. Boston wanted more than LA did. Just like the Superbowl last year NY wanted more than NE.

I would also point out that both head coaches once played for the NY Knicks. Coincidence? I think not!

I would also point out that both head coaches once played for the NY Knicks. Coincidence? I think not! In the 60's and early 70's that was the Piston's strategy too. Supply the rest of the league with personnel who, once away from the Detroit became league class players/coaches. Incredibly, with the same results. Dave DeBusschere... need I say more
