First of all, both Bob and Hazel, you have absolutely no evidence that I am under the influence of alcohol or anything else at this time, or any other. When I am, I admit it, and I know that it shows. Being amongst Hedonites, I don't consider it a sin, yes, sometimes I enjoy a drink or four. That does NOT mean that every post I post can be denigrated by "Oh, she's drunk again". Get past that, and read my posts for what they are. They are VALID.
Hazel, regarding my last relationship, you know NOTHING!!! How dare you judge, on a public board, and dare me to refute, on a public board, what went on between two people!!! I have a myriad of complaints and reasons why this didn't work out, but ALWAYS he was a good man, and doesn't deserve to be discussed here. We had a good relationship, it ended. 'Nuff said. Just because my last two loves do not live in the same state as me doesn't make the relationships any less valuable to me. Distance is not what makes/breaks a relationship. It's love, respect, willingness to compromise, and trust. The fact that I don't see my current boyfriend every day doesn't render the relationship any less special . We see each other a few days every month and those days are precious. We speak for hours on the phone every night. We never fight. You lived in the same state as your last boyfriend. I don't see how proximity helped your relationship very much. It was YOU who destroyed it. As for what I may or may not know about your last relationship (guess what, your so-called "friends" have loose lips) I will not disrespect my friend (your ex-) by saying any more than I've already said. I stand by my opinion ... He was too good for you. If you are involved in another relationship now, good for you. Maybe it will soften your hard heart and make you a nicer person. Somehow I doubt it.
